They have them here and I just checked and they have them in CA too. Not sure how close it is to you but I know they give you a free week to try them out. Wes and Jo love it. Not sure about pricing tho. Pilates will really kick it up a notch! I have a few pilates and yoga vids and finding a balance of they two is like the perfect workout. As far as food is concerned...
