Phantom Canyon Brewing Company
In the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs, Phantom Canyon has a charming dining room with large windows overlooking the city. I’ve read they can host the ceremony, but I’m unsure of those details. My Mom and sister are doing some preliminary scouting for me tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll get some more information.

The Pinery
Gah! This place is sooo gorgeous. I think it’s out of my price range, but we’ll see. The nice thing about this place is it’s all inclusive. The price includes flowers, linens, chapel, ballroom, etc. I’m keeping it an option for now. Plus, their website is really nice. I usually don’t like music on websites, but this music just gets me in the wedding mood. Chalk one up for The Pinery.

The Sunbird
The Sunbird sits atop a hill overlooking the Springs. I’ve never eaten here, but I’ve always been curious. The setting looks beautiful and relaxing, complete with patio fire pits. The Yelp reviews worry me a bit, but the Google reviews seem to be favorable.

Ok so Sarah and Nathan used The Sunbird for their wedding reception and… yeah. Pretty though :)
Wes and Jo used Phantom and WOW… AMAZING. That is my two cents!
Your two cents are worth more than two cents. I’m leaning more towards Phantom, but still hadn’t ruled The Sunbird out yet (although maybe now I have based on what you said).
I was going to check both of them out when I’m out there, but I dunno…I also read The Sunbird’s food wasn’t that great.
Yeah thats the main reason we didn’t enjoy it too much, never been blown away by their food.
I just got an interview at an old folks home so hey I can get you an in with food from there!!! Hahaha. Soooooooooooooo kidding!
